osl_dynamics.files.mask#

Mask files.

  • MNI152_T1_1mm_brain.nii.gz

  • MNI152_T1_2mm_brain.nii.gz

  • MNI152_T1_8mm_brain.nii.gz

  • ft_8mm_brain_mask.nii.gz

Mask files can be resampled in FSL, e.g. to resample the 1x1x1 mm grid MNI mask file to a 5x5x5 mm grid:

flirt -in $FSLDIR/data/standard/MNI152_T1_1mm_brain.nii.gz -ref $FSLDIR/data/standard/MNI152_T1_1mm_brain.nii.gz -out MNI152_T1_5mm_brain.nii.gz -applyisoxfm 5

When plotting brain maps the resolution of the mask file must match the resolution of the parcellation file. Parcellation files can also be resampled using the code above.
